My cup of tea this morning was an awesome "green smoothie!" So refreshing, so healthy! Here's the recipe.....................................
1/2 bag of frozen mangoes
3 small handfuls of spinach
1 very ripe banana
1 TBsp. honey
1/2 can of coconut milk
6-8 oz. water
crushed ice
Put all ingredients in a blender or vita mix and blend well. Delicious!
